Deceptive Practice to Deny Medical Order

blame concept sign pointing in different directions

On December 10th, 2021, Health Care Unit Administrator Meaker told me she had sent Dr. Osmondson’s Medical Order to allow me to shop me once a week, to sustain my weight and health, to Warden Clark to approve or deny.

Mislead and Lied To

So I went after the records to substantiate whether it was Warden Clark who denied my Medical Order to shop me once a week. But today I had a conversation with HCUA Meaker. Turns out she did not send Dr. Osmondson’s Medical Order to the Warden. But instead sent “my request” to Warden Clark. Not the Medical Order, but my written request. It is easy to deny my request, but not so easy to deny the doctor’s Order. So I was lied to. Mislead to understand the Warden had denied my medical order.

When I requested a copy of what HCUA Meaker sent to Warden Clark she immediately denied it. So I pointed out it was a part of my medical treatment, thus I have a right to a copy. She then stated she had to contact her legal department and left.

Medical Order Never Received

So the cat is out of the bag now. Warden Clark never received the Medical Order by Dr. Osmondson, but a request by me. So HCUA Meaker deceived me and never sent my Medical Order to the Warden. My medical malpractice attorney is going to love this. So here is the truth in matters.
